There could be great potential in this home if someone is willing to do the labor. Home is full of stuff, the owner has no way or means of removing anything so the home is being sold AS IS. No Survey, No staking, No termite inspection, what you see is what you get. There are open owner builder permits but the seller has gotten the contractors exemption so we are all good to go. Do not just go and show, all appointment request must be emailed for tracking records. 24 hour notice would be the best.
