3rd Ave is about half mile to the ocean. One can bike or walk to the nearby beach park and watch the sunrise daily. Hawaiian Paradise Park is one of the fastest growing communities in East Hawaii. There are mostly newer homes with mostly one acre of land each. It creates ample space for each and every one of the homeowners. There is no large trees on this property. 3rd ave has some beautiful homes, and one can build another here to match.
