You need to take a look at this great 2 story rehab with 3 separate living areas in the house. You could live in it and still have 2 areas for extra family or renting giving you extra income. There is a central laundry that all the units have access. Look at the wonderful job of remodeling the owner has done with this unit. The house is not far from the ocean just off Makuu on 8th.
