There are two, custom, residential hexagons that are approved for building expansion. The roofing on the hexagonal buildings offer greater protection against high winds. Separate from the custom 3 hexagonal hales, is a solid concrete block utility building consisting of three rooms. These three rooms include a bathroom with adjacent outside shower, a laundry room, and a generator room which is where the photoelectric system is based. The back-up generator is located in this room. All utilities are underground on this property, which is self-sufficient in water and electricity. All 3 hexagonal structures and the utility room are supplied with water purification systems.
