The interior area is 12' X 12', set up as efficiency living. The covered front lanai is a wonderful spot to enjoy the views. The Argus Ag Building design was modified to include 3 windows, all vinyl double-paned, and the roof eaves were extended to 3'. Built on post and pier gives you plenty of storage area under the house. There are nice touches like Ohi'a posts on the front stairs. Cinder and gravel were brought in to level out the driveway and front area. There is also a level building spot to the side; you could add on to what exists or build a separate structure.
Lovingly planted gardens include ti, hapu'u fern, anthurium, ginger, orchids, lilikoi, pineapple, dragon fruit and taro! Palms include Coconut and areca.
One side of the structure has a gutter & a portable catchment container included. No plumbing or electric installed. Most furnishings and garden tools are included!
