MOKUNA ST Volcano, HI 96785

I have personally met both neighbors to this lot and they are great people. The guy in the back is an artist and Koa miller. He does however raise chickens, but not an excessive amount. I visited his place and he had a few of them in 3 different cages. In the Hawaiian jungle there will always be the noise of critters from Koki frogs to barking dogs. I would consider this to be a great lot for a local family looking to build a home as the price is affordable and there is overhead electric available, and roads are paved.
