Affordable vacant lot is right on Nanawale Boulevard and adjacent to the subdivision's community center. Nanawale Estates has agricultural activities and residential homes with some farms at the end of the subdivision in Nanawale Farm Lots. It's close to Pahoa Town with public and charter schools, a shopping center, restaurants and services - it's approximately twenty miles from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo, and the Hilo International Airport.

The subdivision has both water catchment tanks and county water - there are no existing connections to County water on the lot.

The community center has a Sunday market, a pool and park and longhouse. It's on the right side of the street. After Hapu'u Road, this is the fourth lot in (on the left) from the corner on Nanawale Blvd.
